I guess the Hippo Ballerina moves around. I saw her 420 W 37th Street on November 26, 2019, in front of a building that had a sign about Girl Scouts of America (I think it was the US headquarters). A few months ago a friend posted photos of her and seemed to remember taking them near the Flatiron Building down by 23rd Street and 5th Avenue.
